The international courier charge for the sample is paid by the buyer. If a standard sample is not in stock, it is dispatched 7-10 days after payment; international transit time is additional.

Standard sample development takes about 7 days after requirements are confirmed.
What is the bulk production lead time?
Bulk production normally takes 15 to 25 days. The exact schedule depends on the order quantity and confirmed specification.
Do you offer free samples?
Orders of 1,000 paddles or more qualify for a free sample. The buyer covers international sample freight.
